Working in the Yard

We've cleaned up most of the winter debris from the front and side yards.  We've cleaned out the flower beds and added mulch here and there.  Things are starting to sprout up.  It is looking better than last year.  Each year has brought improvement - a little at a time.  We added some grass seed in a couple of spots where things are thin, where trees were cut down and left holes.  We've filled them in and will try to get some grass going there.  The kids played outside for most of the day, helped us a little, and came in to take a break and get snacks.  Them being older has given us the ability to do more work.
