Springtime!!

I love this time of year.  Everything is popping out of the ground and growing.  I have my spring wreath on the door.  It is funny, because bees will try to get in the flowers for some insane reason and we've had to fight it out to get in the door before.  So, I spray something on there that will deter them.  I made this wreath myself about three years ago.  I needed something quick and cheap.  I bought two little metal wall thingies and paid two dollars each for them.  I got the florist foam and silk flowers from Freds or the Dollar Store.  I cut some blocks of foam and crammed it in the thingie and then stuck the flowers in.  Very easy.  And when I get in the mood to switch it up, it will be easy to yank the flowers out and replace them with something else.

I think this may be the last year for these flowers - even though they get shade, they are starting to look a bit faded.  I also need to paint the front door - that is on my Honey-do list.
